July has been very hot and sunny one day then wet and cold the next, my sunflowers have loved it. I planted them beside the sweetcorn I am trying out.

My son gave me teasle seeds from the Berlin botanical gardens along with giant grey thistle seeds.

The bush rose is wonderful, I dead head it and it keeps on flowering!

The perennial sweet pea is taking over the kitchen window.

I love the colour of this poppy, it came in a mixed bag of HP seeds so fingers crossed it will survive the winter and I will get more.

Purple and blue.

Pink and yellow.

Shades of white.
